• Hospital-Acquired Infections: In April, 2011, information on Medicare hospital-acquired conditions (HACs) became publicly available via CMS.  York Hospital prides itself on providing excellent patient care, which is exemplified in the stellar quality ratings we receive.  With respect to the eight HAC measures, York Hospital continues to excel, however, there is a glaring discrepancy on the report about FALLS that we felt necessary to share with you.
