Patients and families often have valuable suggestions for health care improvements and by including them in decision-making processes, we are better able to consistently meet the needs of our patients and their families. York Hospital’s Patient and Family Advisors meet monthly with key leaders to provide valuable input, opinions and guidance to help overcome challenges, and most importantly, to help improve experiences and care.
We are looking for community members (of all ages!) who would be interested in joining our group (1-year term). Because space is limited, it is possible that not all applicants will be able to serve, however all applications will be kept on file as future openings occur.
